Are Kentucky State Employees Facing Catastrophic Health Care Insurance Reductions?

Blue Bluegrass illustrates how Obama came to save Kentucky, again.

"There is a horrible irony that at the exact time that the United States just passed historic progress in health care reform, Kentucky apparently is eliminating wellness care protections by requiring employees to pay entirely for doctor’s office visits and emergency room visits until they hit their deductible and also apparently imposing co-insurance extra payments on employees."

So, the stimulus package saved our tails from an imminent shutdown of our state government (state workers should all be voting Obama in 2012), and now Obama is saving our healthcare system. Now that's change you can believe in!
